Gratitude Journal PDF

I'm trying to practice an attitude of gratitude all year-round, but November is a month that is especially geared towards thankfulness. To celebrate this season of appreciation and awareness, I have created a journal for you and I to catalog our many joys and blessings. Best of all, it's free for you to download and enjoy!

I gave it an autumnal theme with the colors and images which makes it perfect for November and Thanksgiving. In the download that I have created, there are 30 pages with various design elements for you to enjoy.

I'm a huge, huge fan of bees so if you put a bee on it and you can almost guarantee that I'm going to love it! This set is no exception.

The journal pages are sized to 8″ x 8″ but are laid out to be printed on regular letter sized sheet of paper and then trimmed. In this photo I show you a printed page and a trimmed page:

I think these would also make sweet Thanksgiving favors too. You could print them and give them to everyone as a way for them to enjoy the deeper meaning of the holiday. If you print the journal pages double-sided it won't require so many pages. The 8″ x 8″ pages are also large enough that you wouldn't necessarily need a page per day, so you wouldn't necessarily need to print 30 pages for each journal.

The inside page features a short welcome text from me plus one of my favorite “thankful” scriptures: 1 Thessalonians 5:18.

The journal is available in the shop here. Please note there are 10 blank “journal” pages included in this download. (To keep the file size manageable I only inserted 10 pages.) If you want to print it as a 30-page document, I recommend printing each “blank” page 3 times. Enjoy!

Happy Celebrating!

This is one of the loveliest gifts I’ve ever received. It’s kind of embarrassing, but I really do not know how to send this to say Office Depot for printing. Is it done via online? I print at home and it’s never the same. Did you use a heavier weight computer paper? How did you bind yours? I guess I’m all questions. A few of my post photos were blank but I don’t think that’s an excuse!! Thank you for your help.

    1. I love all your questions Gwen! I guess I should have shared a few more details in the post but now you’ve given me the perfect outlet here 🙂

I printed mine on a heavy ivory linen card stock because I like the extra weight it gave it. Yes, you could absolutely have Staples/Office Depot/etc… I would either upload the files to them online or put the file on a jump drive (thumb drive or other portable file storage) and take it to your printer. They can pull it off for you and print it.

Regarding binding, I used brads, because I printed front to back and printed not as many pages, this worked for me. I really like book rings like these http://amzn.to/1kMv84p on Amazon (affiliate link) but I’ve also seen some really beautiful book binding techniques with twine and ribbon, so the sky’s the limit there!

Good luck and thank you for all of your uplifting and encouraging comments – you are SUCH A BLESSING to me!! Have a joyful day! xoxo

I am going to email all my girlfriends and link them to your site so they can meet you and also enjoy the benefit of your generosity. Thanksgiving blessings to you and your sweet daughter.
