Easy Easter Tablescape with DIY Bunny Placecards

Create this Easy Easter Table with DIY Bunny Sihouette Place Cards | CelebratingEverydayLife.comWe are in for such a fun treat today! We're about to embark on a delightful Easter tour with several of my favorite blogs (see links at the end of this post), plus today you have a chance to WIN a gorgeous linen and napkin set from April Cornell! But before we dive into all of those goodies I want to share this Easy Easter Tablescape with DIY Bunny Placecards with you. Why do I call it easy? Because setting a lovely table really can be just that. Easy. Let's take a look at the elements.

Create this Easy Easter Table with DIY Bunny Sihouette Place Cards | CelebratingEverydayLife.comA beautiful table does not have to break the bank. There are places to splurge and places to save. This Heirloom Rose Linen tablecloth from April Cornell is one of my favorite affordable luxuries. With the crochet lace trim and faded linen, it truly feels like an heirloom piece despite the fact that it is new!

Create this Easy Easter Table with DIY Bunny Sihouette Place Cards | CelebratingEverydayLife.comI really wanted to play up the vintage romance of the tablecloth in the place setting. An antique cream dinner plate is a neutral base for these Truly Scrumptious Floral Plates (affiliate link) and yes, they are paper plates!! A vibrant blue saucer (found for pennies at Goodwill) is a perfect pedestal for these milk glass Adeline Sundae Cups (which are on clearance right now!) from the Pioneer Woman. I've filled the cups with decorative gilded eggs (found at Target last year).

They add a bold focus to the table and perfectly accent the colors of the tablecloth. It's so welcoming for Spring.

  2. Gorgeous table Jennifer and those bunny placecards are adorable!! I love your mix of faux and fresh flowers at the table, I would have never know they weren’t all real if you hadn’t told me. Originally I thought it was a tie between the Snapdragon and Peony watercolor patterns as a favorite for me but think I’ve changed my mind after seeing your Heirloom Rose tablecloth!

  9. Oh my goodness, I fear April Cornell’s website may break my bank account! Those gorgeous linens! And I didn’t even explore the rest of the website yet. I fell in love with Tulips and Dandelion Dreams, but Greta’s Garden would be lovely too! I think I may buy a tea cozy. As old fashioned as that sounds, I’ve been wanting one for the teapot I keep in my home office (electric teakettle to heat the water). It’s my little reminder, on an antique table in the corner of my office, to take a break from work and gaze out the double window overlooking my rose garden. I think a tea cozy to keep my teapot, well . . . cozy would be PERFECT!

  10. I love all the beautiful linens she offers. Such quality! I’m just adding pieces of blue to my collection of many different pieces I use for tablescapes and the pattern ‘Felicitys Flowers’ is right up my alley. Gretas Garden is another beauty.
