Pumpkin martini 

Ah, December first has arrived and that means that we must bid farewell to Fall. My assistant Jenny and I were chatting earlier today about how best to say adieu to our beloved season of crisp, cool air and beautiful foliage and then Casey (one of my interns) sent us this cocktail recipe and we knew that this was the ultimate bon voyage! A toast with a pumpkin pie martini – delightful (and many fewer calories than a piece of the actual pie)! The spices, the cream, it's a perfect flavor combination which completely embodies this season to us. So here it is, for you to enjoy as you say your own good bye to Autumn 2008. Pumpkin Pie Martini

1/2 oz Drambuie Sylk Cream Liqueur
2 oz Absolut Vanilia vodka
1/2 oz pumpkin liqueur
1 tsp whipped cream
Cinnamon stick for garnish
Pour the Drambuie Sylk Liqueur and vodka into a shaker filled with ice and shake well. 
Add the pumpkin liqueur and shake. 
Strain into chilled cocktail glass.
 Top with teaspoon of whipped cream. 
Garnish with cinnamon stick.
