Remember my November mantel? Well, add some evergreen, a bit of plaid, a bunch of pinecones and a touch of golden sparkle and presto-chango it is magically transformed into a Christmas wonderland!
To tie the mantel in with my Hunt Country/Ralph Lauren inspired Christmas tree (which you can see here) I’ve filled it with my growing collection of trophies, some old and some new…
Brimming with pinecones and masses of glittery ornaments they lend a delightful sparkle to the scene. Not only is the Dollar store a great resource for the tiny trophies I hung but also for all these ball ornaments too!
The centerpiece to my Hunt Country Christmas mantel is my Huntsman Nutcracker – he was a gift from my mom many Christmases ago and I love him! He adds the perfect pop of red and of course lends an equestrian cachet to my little scene.
This gold BELIEVE sign is identical to the garland on the tree, helping it all to tie together nicely.
I wrapped my boxwood balls with my smaller WISH glitter garlands then added a puffy burlap bow. Want a tutorial on making these bows? Check out my friend Kelli’s ruffled bow tutorial on her blog.
And there you have my Christmas mantel decorations!
I’ll give you a little tour of the table and presents tomorrow. Thanks so much for visiting me today! I hope you saw a little detail or two that you enjoyed!
Not to scare you but it’s 14 days ’til Christmas!! I’m so excited!!! Are you? I’ve still got lots to do though so I’d better get going. See you tomorrow!
