In this last week before I leave for Ireland, I’m of course completely obsessing on all things green & Irish! So I thought it would be fun to create a completely nonsensical color-story of bits and bobs of green inspiration.
This little frog is a lucky charm which I’ve had for years – I think this little guy is so sweet! I am also developing a serious crush on succulents and have a growing collection of them. Considering how green my thumb isn’t I’m hoping these will fair better in my home than their more common house plant cousins.
Do you love boxwood as much as I do? In my opinion it is so timeless and seasonless and perfectly adaptable – it’s equally at home at Christmas as it is in June. Love it! And this mini wreath is one of my all time favorites! I’m planning a fun shoot with it later this year… stay tuned 🙂
This is a bit of green crepe paper that I sewed for my little one’s first birthday party. Here’s a link to my post about that project.
Ever since traveling to England several years ago I have been enamored with hand pies! I remember a wonderful little shop in Greenwich which had all manners of hand pies – from sweet to savory! Now whenever I come across a mini pie mold I can’t seem to help myself from adding it to my collection.
These green and white striped paper straws are from CanDoChefs.com. They have such a great selection of colored straws!
Well, I’m off to do some packing. I hope you have a wonderful day! See you tomorrow, ’til then…
