Decor Adventures BlogToday I’m happy to introduce you to Jessica of Décor Adventures blog – this “worker bee” turned “project queen” is so much fun! I met her at the Haven conference and instantly clicked. You know how that happens sometimes? She is passionate about crafting and diy’ing just like I am. And I’m loving her latest projects! She loves to refinish furniture like this fab cabinet makeover:

Decor Adventures blog cabinet turned bar makeoverSeriously – isn’t that an amazing transformation? I’ve seen a zillion cabinets like the “before” photo and never imagined they could become the “after”!

Or how about this Union Jack dresser below? If you read my post, you know how much I love anything with the Union Jack on it! Jessica is planning a tutorial for this soon and I for one can’t wait to see it!

I hope you will hop over to Decor Adventures and tell Jessica I said “hello”! I’ll be guest blogging there this Sunday – it’s my first “guest blogging” invitation and I’m excited & nervous – I hope you’ll come visit me!

I’ll be back tomorrow with some photos from an amazing photography workshop I attended last week. Can’t wait to share all the delicious eye candy with you!

’til then…

Happy Celebrating!

What beautiful transformations! I have a beautiful secretary that is in some serious need of some TLC but it has so much detail, I don’t know where to start. Maybe Jessica has some good tips. Good luck with your first guest post!!

Thanks Sarah! I have a china cabinet that’s in the same predicament :D I’m hoping to tackle it soon but not really sure just when that will be because I think it will be a big project! But I don’t like looking at it so hopefully it will be sooner rather than later…

Those before and afters are totally amazing! I agree with you – I’ve seen cupboards like that and never dreamed they could look so good. Gives me a new eye for some stuff I’ve always overlooked in the past!
