Welcome to another edition of Blogs I Love!! Today we are heading to Texas for a fabulous visit with Anita, author of the charming blog: Cedar Hill Ranch! If you aren’t familiar with Anita’s blog then prepare to be enchanted by her big Texas heart and her beautiful home filled with lots of French accents – très jolie!
This is a view of her back porch and I don’t know about you but I could spend a week soaking it all in! All the creamy whites, the grain sack pillows, the antique wrought iron bed, the perfectly tattered steamer trunk, and more… happy sighs all around… Like me, Anita is a big fan of pulling out her paint brush at a moment’s notice and sprucing up her furniture and also sewing slipcovers (something still on my to-do list!).
Aren’t these ribbon ties on her grainsack pillows adorable?! I totally plan to make some of these!!
And don’t you love the idea of setting up a breakfast bar on the back porch?! p.s. I love the blue willow cups & saucers!!
She recently had an amazing wildflower party, which began on the porch and then spilled out into her beautiful meadow of blooms!
How magnificent is this?! I’ve never seen so many bluebonnet blooms in one spot – breathtaking, isn’t it?!
The shabby chic table cloth and the mismatched chairs have completely captured my heart – isn’t Anita so talented?
I love Anita’s unconventional use of household items – this ironing board turned impromptu serving table is positively inspired!
She also has the most amazing tree house! You won’t want to miss it!!
The vintage goodness and gorgeous grainsacks continue inside her home. I love her new vintage inspired laundry cart!
I’ve always had an affinity for a room with a pair of twin beds – this room takes that up a notch with this trio of wrought iron beauties! You can see more of her ranch here.
Honestly there is so, so much more to see, I’m barely scratching the surface here! Plus you’ll enjoy seeing her feature in Artful Blogging!!
Anita is a superbly talented lady and I know you will enjoy visiting her and being inspired just as I am! I hope you will hop over and visit her and be sure to tell her I sent you.
