Posted on October 27,2011 by Jennifer

My office has turned into a slightly chaotic version of Santa’s workshop in these last few weeks… glitter and glue strings now cover almost every surface, me included! Hopefully it will all be worth it though as I am about to launch my new Holiday collection! I thought I’d take a quick break from the glue gun to share a glimpse with you of what we’ve been working on…

Vintage Halloween Invitation for etsy!

Posted on October 10,2011 by Jennifer

I’ve been wanting to create a vintage Halloween invitation for quite some time and this past weekend I finally had a chance to do it! I am helping my friend Melissa plan a Halloween party and it was the perfect excuse to design this set. It’s live on my etsy site and now you can have it for your party too! As you probably know by now, I love vintage designs and wanted to design an invitation that felt like what you’d receive if you were invited to the Disney’s Haunted Mansion… somewhere lovely but just a little scary too!

Halloween Ribbons!!

Posted on October 5,2011 by Jennifer

Last night I was at Michael’s Craft store with my friend Melissa and I came upon a rack of Halloween ribbon that was 40% off!! As I mentioned in my last post, I have a ribbon obsession – surely there’s a 12 step program for this! – so naturally I had to stop and take a peek. These little lovelies are what I came home with. Can’t wait to whip up a few little goodies with them – of course I’ll share them with you soon! I think they’ll make an appearance in the October issue of Celebrating Everyday Life…. stay tuned!

New Paper Medallions

Posted on October 3,2011 by Jennifer

While inventorying my craft supplies recently I realized I have a seemingly lifetime supply of items needed for making paper medallions… so this weekend, I put them to use! Here are my first two attempts. PARIS shown above and BABY shown below. I’m planning to make lots more to sell at some of the upcoming holiday markets and on my etsy shop. How do you like them? I’d love to know!Happy Monday!
